Additional Information about rental rates and bookings:

• Deposit at booking 30% non refundable, with  the balance 40 days prior to arrival, together with the damage deposit as agreed with owner.
• Customers are fully responsible for any damages (not limited to the refundable damage deposit).
• Customers must be insured by a fully comprehensive travel insurance including all personal accidents death and property losses
• A cleaning service of 3 hours per day excluding Sunday is included. Linen and towels will be changed mid week and more frequent changes can be agreed at an extra cost. Energy and water bills are included. Telephone is provided  for local use only. Wireless internet also provided.
• No smoking is permitted indoors and pets only allowed by prior agreement.
• The property is solely available for the use of the persons stipulated in the contract and is not available for receptions, weddings etc.
• Optional: We can arrange for catering and for rental of quads, motorbikes, skippered boats and any other facilities you may require including additional cleaning, at extra cost.
